Clean Reset was born because we saw a problem in the janitorial industry.
Too many companies start strong, then slip. Uniforms disappear. Doors get left unlocked. Lights stay on. Products are misused. Some cleaners even damage surfaces by using the wrong chemicals or rushing through the job just to check a box.
The truth is, this industry has earned its stereotype, because too often, it’s treated like something anyone can do. No training. No structure. Just “go in and clean.” That’s not enough.
